We are helping a national construction company with over 40 years of experience and more than 10,000 homes delivered to incorporate a Site Manager for an 80-housing residential project in Guadalajara. Your challenge You will be responsible for the overall execution of the project: planning, budgeting, team management, subcontractors, and coordination with the Client and Technical Supervision. **Your goal:** Deliver the project on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards, ensuring client satisfaction and a motivated team willing to work with you again on the next project. What will you do on a day-to-day basis? Lead and supervise on-site work execution and quality. Monitor budget and schedule, anticipate deviations, and propose solutions. Carry out monthly site closing and cost control. Manage certifications, production, and monthly forecasts. Coordinate purchases, orders, and invoice approvals. Maintain smooth communication with Technical Supervision and the Client (site visits, progress tracking, milestones). Coordinate final settlement and price reviews upon project completion. Ensure compliance with the Health and Safety Plan, as well as Quality and Environmental Management Plans. Report directly to Group Management and Regional Office, with real autonomy in on-site decision-making. **Desired skills and qualifications:** Degree in Building Engineering, Architecture, Civil Engineering (or equivalent in construction). Experience: Minimum 2 years as Site Manager in residential construction, or 4 years as Assistant Site Manager in new residential developments. Proven experience in new-build residential housing projects. Proficient in: Microsoft Office, Presto, AutoCAD, construction management ERP systems (experience with Sigrid is a plus), and working knowledge of MS Project or other planning tools.
