The role: This on-site position supports microbiological development through testing, sampling, and routine analysis, ensuring strict compliance with GMP, quality, and safety standards. It includes documenting all activities, collaborating in investigations of atypical results, maintaining laboratory equipment and materials, and ensuring an organized and compliant working environment. Responsibilities:* Perform duties according to quality criteria, safety and health regulations. * Carry out job responsibilities in alignment with the company's established Behavioral Values. * Work in accordance with GMP regulations. * Report completed work to the supervisor / Microbiological Development Technician. * Documentation tasks: * Identify potential out-of-specification (OOS) results, out-of-trend (OOT) results, and deviations. Collaborate in investigations. * Document executed activities following GMP standards and LSNE-León's work procedures. * Laboratory work: * Perform microbiological tests and conduct analyses (decimal dilutions, inoculations, growth controls, etc.) according to established internal methods and procedures. Interpretation of results. * Perform sampling and microbiological development analysis of raw materials, bulk product, intermediate product, final product, and packaging materials. * Conduct control of calibration, verification, and maintenance of analytical equipment. * Collaborate in the drafting, updating, and modification of GMP documentation. * Interpret and execute GMP documentation applicable to the microbiological development laboratory. * Environmental monitoring of cleanrooms and personnel. * Sample management and control. * Control of materials, reagents, reference strains, culture media, etc., used in the microbiological development laboratory and communicate needs to the technician/supervisor. * Organization and cleaning of laboratory areas.
