We are seeking a professional to ensure food quality and safety, manage regulatory compliance, traceability, and communication with customers and suppliers.

3. Collaborate on environmental management and sustainability initiatives.
We seek a professional to ensure food quality and safety in the sector. Key responsibilities include handling international regulations and standards such as BRCGS and IFS, and implementing Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP). This covers drafting and validating technical specifications, controlling packaging, and supervising product labeling. All documentation will also be reviewed to ensure regulatory compliance and continuous process improvement.
Product traceability will be managed across the entire supply chain. This means ensuring each item can be traced from its origin to the end consumer. Internal and external audits will be prepared and facilitated to maintain and enhance quality standards.
In addition, consistent and clear communication with customers and suppliers regarding quality matters will be maintained. Collaboration on environmental management and sustainability initiatives will also be carried out. The position offers a full-time temporary contract.
Professional qualification: Medium-Level Vocational Training (GM), Higher-Level Vocational Training (GS), or University Degree in Sciences, Chemistry, or Laboratory Assistant. Prior experience of at least one year in similar roles is preferred. A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle are mandatory. Basic quality control knowledge is considered an advantage. The company offers an indefinite contract and an initially flexible working schedule, with potential future adaptation to rotating shifts.
