Weight Control Operator

Job Summary: Operator for weight control, responsible for verifying and recording packaging weights, as well as ensuring compliance with quality and environmental standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Weight and technical specification control 2. Active participation in packaging changes 3. Compliance with environmental procedures We are seeking to incorporate a weight control operator into our production team with the following responsibilities: 1\. Verification of packaging, net, brine, and water weights according to technical specifications. 2\. Use of appropriate calibration tools as per procedure. 3\. Informative recording of weighings with their predefined specifications, including values and tolerances. 4\. Recording of weighings on the corresponding panels. 5\. Completion of the control plan. 6\. Adherence to 5S standards. 7\. Active participation in packaging changes. 8\. Notification to adjusters, maintenance, and supervision in case of deviations from established standards. 9\. Proper environmental conduct during task execution (waste segregation, good environmental practices, reporting of incidents and improvement opportunities, etc.). 10\. Acting in accordance with instructions received in case of emergencies. 11\. Compliance with the company's environmental procedures and environmental management systems, as well as familiarity with them. **Competencies:** * Skills and knowledge: * Education: Knowledge of BRC/IFS and all matters related to food safety. * Experience: Minimum 2 months of experience in a similar position and/or * Competencies: Orientation toward internal and external customers, continuous improvement, results orientation
