### **Description** We are looking for a **Site Manager** with proven experience to join our construction team. You will lead the overall management of building projects, ensuring maximum quality, adherence to deadlines, and budget control. **Main Functions and Responsibilities** * **Planning and Execution:** Manage the construction process from start to final delivery, following established schedules and planning. * **Financial Management:** Monitor the budget, control construction costs, and issue monthly certifications. * **Quality Management:** Supervise and ensure execution quality, verifying that work is carried out according to the project's technical specifications. * **Team Coordination:** Lead and coordinate in-house teams and subcontractors, ensuring smooth communication and a safe working environment. * **Third-Party Relations:** Act as the main point of contact with the Technical Supervision team, clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders. * **Regulatory Compliance:** Ensure compliance with current regulations regarding safety, health, and the environment throughout all construction phases. **To join our team, you need:** * **Education:** Technical Architect or Building Engineering degree. * **Experience:** Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Site Manager in residential, commercial, or similar building projects. * **Technical Skills:** Solid knowledge of planning (Presto, MS Project, etc.), budgeting, construction regulations, and quality control. * **Personal Competencies:** Leadership ability, strong communication skills, proactivity, and results orientation. **What We Offer** * Permanent contract and a stable position within a growing company. * Competitive salary aligned with the candidate's experience and qualifications. * Opportunity to lead large-scale projects with high technical demands. * Continuous professional development and opportunities for career growth within the company.
