Job Summary: We are seeking an engineer to manage civil engineering projects, lead teams, coordinate with clients, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement ### **FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * Comply with all applicable documents of the Integrated Management System as an employee of the organization. * Comply with Operational Control guidelines and good environmental practices of Montajes y Obra Civil S.A. * Prioritize protection of personnel health, safety, and integrity concerning identified hazards associated with our activities, through risk control for each process and implementation of preventive measures. * Serve as the main point of contact with the client, support site management, suppliers, and subcontracted companies. * Manage assigned in-house personnel on site. * Plan and control execution of activities. * Review project documentation and propose improvements and alternatives to the client. * Procurement management. * Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality assurance plans. * Preparation of technical proposals and/or technical dossiers. * Interpret information contained in existing project drawings. * Conduct site visits as a control measure. * Train personnel under your supervision according to company needs. * Submit status reports to department heads. * Temporary travel to monitor project progress. ### **QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE POSITION** #### **Education** * Engineer, Technical Engineer, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Industrial/Mechanical/Electrical) * Valid driver’s license #### **Experience** * Relevant experience will be valued, as well as motivation for self-improvement and learning. #### **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in the sector * Master’s Degree in Occupational Health and Safety Prevention (all three specialties) * English proficiency at B1/B2 level or higher. #### **Skills** * Analytical and synthetic ability * Communication skills * Teamwork capability * Ability to work under pressure * Adaptability to new work environments and/or technologies * Flexibility to face work challenges and meet deadlines * Conflict resolution skills * Interpersonal skills * Initiative * Clarity of expression * New technologies * Leadership skills with strategic thinking * Project management skills
