We seek to onboard Data Engineering professionals with an interest in AI into an intensive 5-week program combining applied training and a final project, followed by assignment to large-scale projects within Accenture. The goal is for you to autonomously integrate into technical teams from day one of the project. The position is based in **Seville, Málaga, or Alicante**, following a hybrid work model: some days working remotely from home and others onsite at the office, where you can build meaningful synergies with your team. Residency in Spain and valid work authorization in Spain are mandatory. **Responsibilities** * Design and develop data engineering solutions in Big Data and Cloud environments (primarily AWS). * Build and maintain data pipelines and analytical processes using Python and SQL. * Integrate artificial intelligence models into business-oriented data solutions. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on large-scale digital transformation projects. **Requirements** * Minimum 1.5 years of professional experience in Data Engineer roles or similar. * Minimum 1.5 years of experience using Python for data engineering. * Minimum 1.5 years of experience using SQL for data querying and transformation. * Professional experience in Cloud environments, primarily AWS. * Minimum English proficiency level B2. * Degree in Computer Engineering, related dual degree, or Bachelor’s in Data Science and AI. **Responsibilities** * Apply data engineering best practices in production environments. * Ensure data quality, security, and traceability. * Contribute to continuous improvement of technical solutions through adoption of emerging data and AI technologies. * Communicate technical results to stakeholders in both Spanish and English. * Knowledge and experience in generative AI and AI tools applied to the role are required, aligned with Accenture’s commitment to responsible and effective AI usage. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with Big Data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, or equivalents). * Experience with AWS data services (S3, Glue, EMR, Redshift, or equivalents). * Basic knowledge of MLOps or model deployment.
