Job Summary:
We are seeking a production operator for closure control, responsible for ensuring packaging quality and seal integrity, identifying anomalies, and following environmental protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure packaging quality and seal integrity through inspections.
2. Perform closure controls and detect anomalies in production.
3. Contribute to proper environmental behavior in daily tasks.
We seek to incorporate a closure control operator into the production team with the following responsibilities:
* At the start and end (SEAM360\) of manufacturing, empty packages shall be sealed using the various heads of the capping machines.
* Frequency: twice per shift, and always after any adjustment to the capper or any change in cap or package supplier.
* Identify samples of packages with the corresponding numbers assigned to the capping machine heads.
* Sealed samples shall undergo visual inspection to detect any possible anomalies, always prior to starting the shift.
* Supervise that all capping lines undergo packaging seal integrity control.
* Monitor the critical points specified in the section on technical specifications regarding analytical methods, and complete the incident report.
* Report any anomalies to the section supervisor and to quality control.
* Maintain proper environmental behavior during task execution (waste segregation, good environmental practices, reporting incidents and improvement opportunities, etc.).
* Act according to instructions received in case of emergencies.
* Comply with the company's environmental and environmental management procedures, and be familiar with them.
**Skills and Knowledge:**
* Education: Specific training in PCC closure control (to be provided internally)
* Experience: 6 months of experience in a similar position and/or
* Competencies: Orientation toward internal and external customers, continuous improvement, results orientation
