As an Infrastructure intern, you will receive department-specific training and apply your acquired knowledge by participating in projects with our clients. **Key Responsibilities:** You will participate in both internal and external projects to gain experience: * Workplace support through software distribution, deployment of workstation images including the OS and components comprising the image, virtual desktop support, messaging, and remote access * Working within a top-tier team to classify and escalate incidents requiring higher specialization levels, as well as resolving those classified as Level I * Mobile device platform support via AirWatch and tablets * Learning cloud \- Cloud and Workplace concepts * Developing and maintaining cloud infrastructures, networks, and enterprise system management using the following technologies: Active Directory \& Azure Active Directory; PowerShell; Windows 10; Office 365; System Center; Azure Fundamentals.
