We are looking for a candidate with experience in the technical development and management of installation projects, accustomed to working collaboratively with production, site managers, and clients. **FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * Development and preparation of air conditioning and HVAC installation projects. * Design, calculation, and sizing of installations. * Preparation of technical drawings and documentation. * Preparation of measurements, budgets, and bid comparisons. * Technical coordination with the construction department for project monitoring. * Material management and procurement requests to suppliers. * Resolution of technical issues and proposals for improvement during project execution. * Technical support to clients, suppliers, and the construction team. **REQUIREMENTS** * Minimum 3 years of experience in a Technical Office within the installations sector. * Knowledge of design and calculation of air conditioning, ventilation, and HVAC systems. * Proficiency in AutoCAD and calculation and budgeting tools. * Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering. * Organizational, planning, and teamwork skills. * Valid driver’s license type B. **What does the company offer?** * Permanent, full-time contract. * Annual gross salary range of **€40,000–€48,000**, depending on experience provided. * Company-provided mobile phone and laptop. * **Intensive schedule: Monday to Thursday, 08:00–16:30 h; Friday until 14:30 h.** * Opportunity to join an established company with reference projects in the installations sector. * Job stability and opportunities for professional development.
