We are currently seeking a Site Manager to carry out the following tasks:\- Manage the human and material resources required for the execution of construction works/services. \- Provide technical support to the site supervisor. \- As the Direct Responsible for the site, ensure compliance with and enforce the requirements of the Safety and Health Plan (SHP). \- Be responsible, as team leader, for site scheduling and production certifications. \- Request quotations from suppliers and subcontractors and perform comparative analyses. \- Direct and coordinate on-site all disciplines, suppliers, and subcontractors. \- Ensure coordination among the project author, site managers, execution team of the quality control office, the safety coordinator, and other involved parties. \- Timely preparation of monthly closings and supplier proformas. \- Review and approval of timesheets and supplier/subcontractor invoices. \- Preparation of monthly certifications and construction settlements. \- Resolution of any incidents arising during construction execution. The candidates must meet the following requirements: * Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar position * Training as a preventive resource (PRL) * Proficiency in AutoCAD and Presto will be considered a plus Salary: €25,000.00–€45,000.00 per year Work location: On-site employment
