At NOVANOTIO, we are looking for a Systems Engineer with MBSE and Software Architecture expertise to join a stable technology project focused on designing and defining system and complex software solution architectures. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS At least 5 years of experience in systems engineering, software architecture, or definition of complex solutions. Experience in traceability across requirements, architecture, design, and verification. English proficiency level B2\-C1\. Availability to work 100% on-site. Eligibility for HPS. WHAT DO YOU NEED TO KNOW? University degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or related field. Knowledge of MBSE, NAF v4, UAF, SysML, and UML. Experience with MBSE tools such as Cameo Systems Modeler. Requirements management using DOORS or ReqIF. System integration via REST APIs and microservices. Knowledge of system and software solution architecture. DESIRABLE KNOWLEDGE: Experience with modular, scalable, and high-availability software architectures. Use of collaborative repositories. Experience in critical or highly demanding technical environments. RESPONSIBILITIES AND FUNCTIONS: Definition of system and software solution architectures. Development and maintenance of architecture models. Management of traceability across requirements, architecture, design, and verification. Validation of technical decisions regarding software and system design. Coordination with engineering, development, cybersecurity, and project teams. Participation in key system lifecycle milestones.
