We are seeking to hire an engineer to join our team and participate in the development and certification of systems within strategic aerospace sector programs. Your mission will be to provide support during the certification phase of new developments, manage configuration applicable to each program according to customer requirements, and coordinate activities across different departments (design, manufacturing, management). This is a fully on-site opportunity located in Getafe. **Responsibilities** * Define and manage system-level requirements and interfaces. * Support planning and execution of verification and validation (V\&V) tests and preparation of technical documentation. * Collaborate on system integration and ensure compliance with standards. * Review documentation and provide support to suppliers and internal teams. * Participate in design reviews and certification processes. * Manage system configuration using specialized tools (SNT). **Requirements** * Degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field. * General knowledge of aircraft systems. * Experience in configuration management (preferably with SNT). * Minimum 2 years’ experience in system development, testing, or integration (junior profiles with relevant education and mentoring support will be considered). * Proactive and organized attitude, with ability to coordinate teams. * English proficiency at B2 level or higher (technical documentation in English). **Preferred Qualifications** * Familiarity with tools: SNT, SMART, EPD, DOORS. * Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and standards DO\-178C / DO\-331\. **We are Bertrandt.** An independent, international development services provider with extensive experience in the automotive industry.
