We are seeking a Surveying Engineer to work with an engineering firm in Madrid specializing in civil engineering, urban planning, environmental projects, and architecture. The main responsibilities will include layout design of construction works (roundabouts, residential developments, access roads, service roads) in plan and elevation; preparation of layout annexes; earthwork measurements and quantifications; longitudinal and transverse profiles. **Requirements:** * Degree in Surveying Engineering, Technical Surveying, or equivalent qualifications. * Minimum of 3–5 years’ proven experience in the duties described above. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CAD, and PRESTO is mandatory. * Proficiency in surveying software such as Civil3D, MDT, Istram, or Clip is mandatory. * Familiarity with preliminary design and conceptual modeling tools (e.g., INFRAWORKS) is desirable. * Familiarity with utility network design software (e.g., CYPE), BIM tools (e.g., REVIT, CYPE), and GIS platforms (e.g., ArcGIS or similar) is desirable. **Conditions:** * Direct, permanent employment contract. * Opportunities for professional development and continuous improvement—we are expanding across all departments. * Winter working schedule enabling an intensive summer schedule; Fridays are intensive working days. * Possibility of remote work one day per week after successful onboarding. * Competitive salary.
