ACCIONA, within its CONSTRUCTION business line, needs to incorporate a Surveying Manager for an important urban development project in the province of Zaragoza. The role will be responsible for the control and monitoring of the surveying work on site, checking designs and alignment adjustments, preparing measurement reports, carrying out and supervising layout operations, and defining new topographic alignments. Job Description Mission: Execute assigned parts of the project within their unit/department according to established procedures, in order to facilitate meeting deadlines and coordinate necessary resources (human and material), driving significant improvements to the project. They are responsible for the execution of construction contracts. They plan, optimize, and supervise the use of resources to ensure construction works are completed on time, to specification, and within budget. Among their most common responsibilities are: managing contracts and obtaining required permits and licenses, preparing cost estimates, planning and scheduling construction phases, supervising subcontractor activities and subordinate or labor staff, verifying progress and work quality throughout all project stages, representing the company in relevant matters, etc. Candidate Requirements Requirements:* Degree in Geomatics and Surveying Engineering (or equivalent). * Proficiency in high-precision surveying equipment (total stations, digital levels, GPS).
