Job Summary: We are seeking Surveying Managers and Surveyors to plan, coordinate, and supervise surveying and setting-out activities on construction projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards. Proficiency in specialized software and advanced surveying equipment A **leading construction company** is looking to hire **Surveying Managers and Surveyors** across various locations in Spain (Murcia, Soria, Madrid, and Cabezuela del Valle). These are stable assignments with immediate start dates and continuity on new projects. Projects vary by location and include civil works (linear), irrigation works, and retaining wall works. **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan and coordinate project surveying activities. * Lead and supervise field and office work performed by the surveying team. * Execute and verify setting-out of structures, centerlines, levels, and control points. * Process collected data using specialized software **ISSPOL**. * Generate drawings, digital terrain models (DTM), profiles, and cross-sections. * Ensure measurement accuracy and adherence to technical standards. * Prepare periodic technical reports and maintain up-to-date survey archives. * Coordinate with engineering, production, and site management teams. * Manage maintenance and calibration of surveying equipment (total stations, RTK GPS, optical levels, drones, etc.). **Requirements:** * Degree in **Surveying Engineering or equivalent qualification**. * Proven experience in hydraulic or linear construction projects (as applicable). * Proficiency in ISSPOL software and advanced surveying equipment. * Strong coordination skills, precision, and field leadership capability. **We Offer:** * Permanent contract and full-time employment. * **Long-term projects** with potential for continuity. * **Competitive remuneration**, commensurate with experience and location. * **Additional benefits** (Company vehicle + Solred card + €800 relocation allowance if not local) Are you available to relocate or work across different regions of Spain?
