JOB DESCRIPTION **Study Technician, Construction Execution, and Engineering Support – Eosol Group** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Eosol Group** is looking to hire a **Study Technician, Construction Execution, and Engineering Support** professional with at least **1 year of experience in self-consumption**, to join our exciting projects in the renewable energy sector. Your main responsibilities will include: * **End-to-End Management of Self-Consumption Projects:** Supporting and executing self-consumption installations—from the initial tender phase through to project completion, including commissioning. * **Tender Preparation and Submission:** Preparing detailed budgets, drafting technical and administrative reports, and coordinating submissions for public and private tenders. * **Engineering Project Support:** Collaborating on the design and development of engineering solutions for photovoltaic, wind, and energy storage (battery) systems. * **Construction Monitoring and Control:** Supervising construction execution to ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. * **Client and Supplier Relations:** Maintaining smooth and effective communication with clients and suppliers. * **Cost Analysis:** Conducting economic feasibility studies and cost control across all project phases. * **Incident Resolution:** Identifying and resolving technical and administrative issues arising during construction execution and system commissioning. * **Engineering Support During Low-Workload Periods:** When construction project workload permits, your role will shift toward engineering support—contributing to the development of new solutions and optimization of existing ones. **What We Are Looking For:** * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience in similar roles, preferably within the renewable energy sector. * **Specific Knowledge:** * Experience in the **self-consumption** sector. * Knowledge of **photovoltaic installations** (design, execution, commissioning). * Experience preparing **tenders** and cost studies. * Understanding of engineering applied to renewable energy—including energy storage (batteries) and wind power. * **Technical Skills:** Ability to interpret drawings, technical documentation, and applicable regulations. * **Soft Skills:** * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Analytical and problem-solving ability. * Organization and planning capability. * Attention to detail and goal orientation. * Proactivity and eagerness to learn. * **Education:** A university degree in Engineering (Industrial, Energy, Mechanical, etc.) or a related Higher Vocational Training qualification is highly valued. * **Languages:** Proficiency in English is considered an advantage. **What We Offer:** * Employment with a leading company in a rapidly growing sector. * Opportunity for professional development and continuous training. * Participation in challenging, high-impact projects. * Dynamic and collaborative work environment. * Permanent contract after the probationary period. * Competitive salary commensurate with experience and candidate value.
