You will join highly innovative companies, undertaking cutting-edge projects across R\+D, automotive, pharma, machinery design, product development, etc. We are recruiting a **Structural Engineer (Technical Manager)** to join the team of one of our key clients: a European company specializing in the design, supply, and execution of **temporary metal structures** for shows, concerts, and large-format events. **What will you do?** * Design and calculate **temporary metal structures** (stages, towers, grandstands, walkways, etc.) in compliance with current regulations (CTE, Eurocodes, UNE). * Prepare technical reports, calculations, construction drawings, and documentation required for permits. * Conduct technical feasibility studies and sizing of modular structures, and prepare **budgets**, cost control, and profitability analysis of projects. * Participate in defining the technical catalogue and developing proprietary solutions. * Analyze stock levels, plan purchases, rentals, and material returns. * Coordinate and lead assembly teams and warehouse staff. * Serve as the technical liaison with clients, internal teams, and regulatory bodies. **What we offer** * Active participation in the **launch and consolidation** of a new technical division. * Real growth prospects and the opportunity to assume **full management** of a company undergoing expansion. * Unique projects at major national and international events and festivals. * A dynamic, technically oriented environment with an innovation-driven culture. * A competitive remuneration package commensurate with responsibilities. REQUIREMENTS * Industrial or Civil Engineering degree or equivalent (specialization in structures). * **Minimum 5 years** of experience in temporary structures, events, scaffolding, or metal construction. * **Mandatory proficiency** in the **Layher** system, AutoCAD, CYPE, SAP2000, RFEM, Robot or similar tools. * Proven hands-on experience on site/assembly. * Advanced level of English.
