We seek qualified professionals with relevant education and experience to join a highly specialized industrial environment oriented toward technical excellence. **Positions to be filled – Special Processes.** Vacancies target profiles with experience in one or more of the following **aerospace processes**: * Cadmium plating * Chromium plating * HVOF (High Velocity Oxygen Fuel) * Shot peening * Aerospace painting **Main responsibilities for this position:** Performing assigned special processes on aerospace components, meeting technical and quality requirements. * Component preparation: cleaning, masking, and pre-conditioning. * Conducting process-related inspections and tests to ensure correct application of treatments. * Interpreting technical instructions and engineering documentation. * Strict compliance with aerospace regulations, internal procedures, and quality standards. * Application of safety, occupational health, and environmental standards. * Daily workload management and responsiveness to production needs and area emergencies. **Required qualifications for this position:** * Technical education aligned with the role (Vocational Training, industrial training, or equivalent). * Demonstrable experience in one or more of the indicated special processes. * Basic computer skills applicable to an industrial environment. * Experience in the aerospace or other regulated industrial sectors is desirable. **Required competencies (skills/soft skills):** * Teamwork. * Problem-solving ability. * Technical rigor and attention to detail. * Good organization and time management. * Commitment to safety and quality. **Offer Conditions** * Temporary contract for 6 months. * Work location: Getafe (Madrid). * Annual gross salary: between 25\.000 € and 30\.000 €, depending on merit and experience. * Additional salary supplements as per collective agreement (shift allowances, bonuses, etc.). * Opportunity to join a solid company offering a specialized technical environment and opportunities for professional development. **Are you interested?** If you meet the requirements and are motivated to become part of a high-value-added industrial project in the aerospace sector, **submit your application** and join CESA.
