What will you do day-to-day?* Design and implement **real-time conversational agents** using a declarative, component-based framework. * Develop **agent logic**, state management, event handling, and orchestration flows. * Build and maintain **TypeScript services and SDKs**, reusable across multiple agents. * Optimize **low-latency pipelines** for voice and chat interactions. * Collaborate closely with **Product, AI/ML, and Platform teams**. * Write **clean, tested, production-ready code**. * Monitor, improve, and scale conversational systems in live environments. * Participate in **architecture decisions and best practices**. ✅ Must-Have Requirements* Solid experience with **TypeScript / JavaScript** in production environments. * Knowledge of **real-time systems** (event-driven architectures, streaming, low latency). * Experience with **declarative or component-based paradigms** (e.g., React or similar). * Proficiency in **asynchronous programming, concurrency, and state management**. * Ability to design **clean APIs and modular, reusable components**. * Experience with **Git, CI/CD, and cloud-native environments**. Nice-to-Have* Experience integrating **contact center platforms** (voice, chat, IVR, CRM, ticketing). * Background in **chatbots, virtual assistants, or conversational systems**. * Knowledge of **WebSockets, WebRTC, or other real-time protocols**. * Experience with **monitoring and observability** in live systems. * Exposure to integrations with **AI/ML** (LLMs, NLU, voice services).
