A construction company specializing in industrial building, located in Vallès Oriental, seeks to hire **Industrial and Tertiary Building Construction Manager** **RESPONSIBILITIES** Conduct project analysis, plan work execution, and control costs to ensure the company’s profitability objectives. Carry out all necessary contracting activities, ensuring compliance with required standards and deadlines. Perform thorough cost control, proposing solutions to any deviations that arise. Monitor schedule progress to guarantee timely project completion. Submit requests for materials, equipment, and personnel needed to meet execution deadlines. Optimally coordinate subcontracted companies and manage contracts. Provide supervisors with precise instructions and documentation to ensure correct work execution. Represent the company at site meetings with technical management and clients. Resolve issues arising during construction execution. Enforce occupational health and safety regulations on site. **EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION** Technical Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related degree. Minimum 5 years’ experience managing construction execution within a construction company. Experience executing industrial and tertiary building projects is highly desirable. Proficiency in SIE or similar ERP systems is an advantage. Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office suite, construction management software, and AutoCAD. We are looking for a committed, solution-oriented, practical, results-driven individual with strong negotiation skills. **WE OFFER:** Direct, permanent employment contract with the company.
