Reporting to the Area Leader for Tablet Manufacturing, your primary mission will be to ensure production by meeting safety and quality standards, developing your team to work on continuous improvement, proposing innovative solutions and opportunities that support exceptional achievement of objectives. The complexity of the area—arising from multiple distinct processes executed within it, combined with the high standards required as an FDA-regulated site and a hub for new product introductions—requires individuals with strong process control capabilities, critical thinking, thorough knowledge of safety and quality standards, and exceptional leadership skills. This is a one-year temporary position. **Key Responsibilities:** * Achieve area objectives by resolving day-to-day issues and making decisions that guarantee compliance with safety and quality standards. * Manage organization and coordination within your area of responsibility, fostering an environment that guides the team toward achieving objectives. * Lead continuous improvement-based projects. * Inspire and develop your team to work proactively and innovatively. **What You’ll Need:** * University degree, preferably in engineering, pharmacy, chemical sciences or related fields. * Solid experience in a multinational pharmaceutical company, preferably in manufacturing areas. * Experience managing people teams, at minimum indirectly (e.g., project management). * Ability to make complex decisions, set clear expectations, communicate effectively, manage teams, and inspire and develop people. * Problem-solving and continuous improvement aligned with OneGPS standards. * Intermediate English language proficiency. **Desirable:** * Direct people-team management experience will be valued. * Knowledge and experience using computer systems for management (SAP, EBR, Hector, cDISY) will be valued.
