This position focuses on managing and supervising a photovoltaic (PV) energy project located in Mequinenza, specifically in the Valdeconesa area. The project will last approximately 12 months, with an expected start date at the end of May. This role is critical to ensuring proper execution, adherence to timelines and budgets, and compliance with quality standards. The Junior PV Site Manager will be responsible for daily site operations management, coordinating teams, ensuring safety, and overseeing overall construction progress. We seek a proactive, organized individual with strong problem-solving abilities who can quickly integrate into a dynamic and challenging environment. ### **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise and manage daily activities at the photovoltaic project construction site. * Coordinate and lead on-site work teams, ensuring smooth and efficient communication. * Ensure adherence to project execution timelines, identifying and mitigating potential delays. * Control project costs by rigorously monitoring the allocated budget. * Ensure compliance with all occupational health and safety regulations at the worksite. * Guarantee the quality of work performed, in accordance with technical standards and project specifications. * Manage logistics and supply of materials and equipment required for the project. * Prepare periodic reports on project progress, incidents, and deviations. * Serve as the primary on-site contact point for communication with project management, subcontractors, and other stakeholders. * Identify and resolve technical and operational issues arising during project execution. * Collaborate in detailed planning of project phases. * Ensure compliance with required permits and licenses for the project. ### **Job Requirements:** * University degree in Engineering (Industrial, Electrical, Energy or related field), or Higher Vocational Training qualification relevant to the sector. * Demonstrable experience of at least 3 years in similar roles, preferably in renewable energy project management—especially photovoltaic projects. * Solid knowledge of project management, planning, and cost control. * Understanding of photovoltaic plant construction processes. * Ability to lead and motivate teams. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. * Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations. * Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office) and project management tools. * Proactivity, autonomy, and ability to work under pressure. * Results-oriented mindset and high level of commitment. * Availability to work full-time on-site. ### **Preferred Qualifications:** * Technical English proficiency. * Experience managing subcontractors. * Project management certifications (PMP, Prince2\). * Knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001\). * Familiarity with design and modeling software (AutoCAD, PVSyst). ### **What We Offer:** * Opportunity to join a leading company in the renewable energy sector. * Chance to participate in large-scale, high-impact projects. * Professional development and continuous training. * Temporary contract with potential for extension. * Competitive salary commensurate with experience and qualifications.
