You will join the HR team as a Senior Occupational Risk Prevention Technician, serving as the technical reference for prevention matters at our Madrid plant (15\.000 m² and \+250 people), playing a key role in the evolution of the occupational health and safety system. Our culture is built upon continuous improvement, efficiency, innovation, and employee well-being. **What Will You Do Daily?** You will join the HR team as a Senior Occupational Risk Prevention Technician, serving as the technical reference for prevention matters at our Madrid plant (15\.000 m² and \+250 people), playing a key role in the evolution of the occupational health and safety system. Some of your main responsibilities will include: * Lead preventive management at the plant in coordination with Factory Management, acting as the technical reference for Occupational Risk Prevention for middle management and operational teams. * Identify, assess, and control occupational risks (safety, hygiene, and psychosocial). * Integrate prevention into production and operational processes. * Coordinate and implement the preventive plan with various departments (production, maintenance, engineering), ensuring regulatory compliance. * Design and deliver training and awareness-raising activities. * Manage and coordinate the Contractor Safety Management System (CAE) with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers. * Investigate accidents and incidents, analyzing root causes and defining action plans. * Supervise working conditions and industrial hygiene (noise, dust, chemical agents, etc.). * Define and monitor Occupational Risk Prevention KPIs to support decision-making. * Coordinate internal audits and collaborate on external audits, as well as on the Occupational Health and Safety Committee. * Identify, prioritize, and drive continuous improvement initiatives in Occupational Risk Prevention. **What Are We Looking For?** We seek to hire a **Senior Occupational Risk Prevention Technician** with: * Education in Occupational Risk Prevention (a Master’s degree covering all three specialties is highly valued). * Minimum 5 years’ experience in Occupational Risk Prevention within industrial or manufacturing environments. * Solid knowledge of current Occupational Risk Prevention regulations. * Experience in managing the Contractor Safety Management System (CAE), accident investigations, and audits. * Analytical capability and experience tracking performance indicators. * Strong communication, influence, and teamwork skills, especially when collaborating with operational teams. * Autonomy, proactivity, and orientation toward continuous improvement. **What Do We Offer?** * A stable project within a solid and growing company. * A role with real impact on organizational safety and culture. * A dynamic industrial environment with constant challenges. * Professional development and autonomy in the position. * A competitive compensation package commensurate with experience. **Are You Interested?** Apply directly—and if you know someone who fits this profile, please share it!
