DESCRIPTION Eosol Group is seeking to add a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer with a solid track record and proven experience to join our team in Bilbao, Barcelona, Madrid, or Valencia. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of specific experience in detailed engineering projects for industrial plants, covering various mechanical disciplines. **Main Responsibilities:** * Lead and execute detailed mechanical engineering design for complex industrial projects. * Develop and manage HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems, smoke extraction systems, compressed air, refrigeration, water treatment, nitrogen systems, and other associated mechanical installations. * Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure proper integration of mechanical systems into the overall plant design. * Perform engineering calculations, technical specifications, design drawings, and design reports. * Supervise and review the work of junior engineers and design technicians. * Ensure compliance with technical regulations, quality standards, and client requirements. * Participate in equipment and material selection, as well as in the preparation of material lists and budgets. * Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution. * Identify and propose innovative solutions to optimize the performance and efficiency of mechanical systems. * Maintain clear and effective communication with clients and management. **Job Requirements:** * Higher Engineering degree (Mechanical, Industrial or similar) or equivalent demonstrable experience. * Minimum of 10 years of experience in detailed engineering for industrial plants, with a specific focus on mechanical discipline. * In-depth knowledge and practical experience in the design and implementation of HVAC systems, smoke extraction, compressed air, refrigeration, water treatment, and nitrogen systems. * Essential C1 level (advanced) English proficiency, both spoken and written, for communication in international projects. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and leadership skills. * Availability to work in our offices in Bilbao, Barcelona, Madrid, or Valencia. **Desirable:** * Experience managing and executing large industrial projects in Spain, collaborating with top-tier construction and installation companies, especially in the piping sector. * Knowledge of advanced CAD/CAE design tools. * Familiarity with project management methodologies.
