So, if you’ve ever thought, “I’d love to participate in a transformative project with real impact and surrounded by top-tier talent,” this is your opportunity. **What will you do with us?** * Participate in the design and development of technical solutions based on the Reef platform, ensuring adherence to best development practices. * Develop and maintain applications using technologies such as Java and Spring Boot. * Implement and optimize microservices architectures, ensuring scalability and performance. * Integrate solutions via API Management (REST/OpenAPI and events/AsyncAPI). * Work with container-based architectures (Docker and Kubernetes). * Manage relational (Oracle) and non-relational databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB, etc.). * Configure CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins. * Implement application-level security measures (OAuth, SAML, etc.). * Collaborate in multidisciplinary teams following agile methodologies. **What do you need to know?** * Minimum **5 years’ experience** in application development and design. * Solid expertise in **Java, Spring Boot**, and microservices development. * Experience in **API Management integrations** and container-based architectures. * Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases. * Experience with CI/CD tools (**Jenkins**) and version control systems (**GitHub, Bitbucket**). * Knowledge of application security (**OAuth, SAML**). * Experience with **agile methodologies**. * Technical degree in **Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field**. * English proficiency level **B2**. **Desirable:** * Experience with cloud architectures (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, Serverless or FaaS), preferably with AWS; Azure, GCP, and OCI are also valued. * Familiarity with **generative AI solutions** in the development lifecycle (e.g., GitHub Copilot, automated testing with LLMs). * Technical certifications in development or architecture (Java Developer, Cloud Developer, etc.). **What can we offer you?** * Flexible working hours and remote work (3 days in the office and 2 days remote) * A flexible compensation program including meal vouchers, childcare vouchers, private health insurance, life insurance, employee discounts, etc. If you live in Madrid city, you’ll have access to a dedicated bus route to the office. * Access to an attractive pension plan. * Summer reduced working hours. * You’ll be the protagonist of your learning journey, with access to thousands of resources to further develop your technical knowledge.
