Main Responsibilities: * Monitoring and controlling various execution phases of photovoltaic projects. * End-to-end management of utility distributor files: document collection, submission, follow-up, incident resolution, and corrective actions. * Coordination across multiple departments to ensure adherence to deadlines, milestones, and deliverables. * Liaising with third parties (e.g., utility distributors, installers, engineering firms) to advance and unblock projects. * Preparing periodic reports and dashboards for steering committees. * Managing and analyzing data using Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, charts). * Supporting technical and management teams. * Collecting and structuring documentary information for integration into management systems. Candidate Profile: * Organized, methodical, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. * Proactive and solution-oriented, with initiative to resolve incidents and drive project progress. * Strong analytical capability and data-driven mindset. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills. * Collaborative attitude focused on continuous improvement. Requirements: * Education in photovoltaics, engineering, or project management. * Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the energy or photovoltaic sector. * Experience managing utility distributor files (knowledge of grid access and connection procedures, legalization, and administrative processing is desirable). * Advanced Excel proficiency. * Experience in technical projects or energy efficiency is desirable. * Experience with CRM systems—especially Salesforce—is desirable.
