Job Summary: Amusement Logic is seeking a Revit MEP Modeler to join its multidisciplinary Architecture and Engineering team, collaborating on project modeling and MEP system development. Amusement, headquartered in Valencia, comprises a multidisciplinary team of highly skilled professionals with 30 years of industry experience. **WE ARE SEEKING** For our Architecture and Engineering Department **REVIT MEP MODELER** **Key Responsibilities:** As an integrated member of a multidisciplinary team, supported by engineers, you will be responsible for: * Modeling architectural, structural, and MEP projects using Revit software in a collaborative environment, following the criteria and procedures defined in the project’s BIM Execution Plan (BEP). * Interpreting 2D schematic diagrams of MEP systems for their 3D development. * Developing structural details (concrete, reinforcement, and steel) and MEP system details. * Producing drawings, views, and mock-ups. * Creating scheduling tables and extracting quantities. * Coordinating with other disciplines and performing clash detection. * Creating families and managing parameters. **Requirements:** **\- Qualifications** Technical Engineering, Engineering, Technical Architecture, or Architecture degree. **\- Minimum Experience** 1 year of experience developing construction documents using Revit software. **\- Languages** English at intermediate level (B2\) **\- Software** AutoCAD Revit Navisworks **\- Other** Experience with collaborative platforms such as ACC or BIM360 will be valued. Familiarity with Uniclass classification standards will be valued. Knowledge of ISO 19650 will be valued. International project experience will be valued. Specific expertise in MEP systems will be valued. Specific expertise in concrete and steel structures will be valued.
