Deuser is the Robotics, Machinery Manufacturing, and Industrial Production Lines unit of ***Indra Group*** We are looking for a **PLM Manager** with experience in implementing, managing, and optimizing Siemens Teamcenter systems, capable of leading strategic digitalization projects, integrating PLM solutions with our clients’ technological ecosystems, and ensuring excellence at every stage of the project lifecycle. ##### **Knowledge and Technologies:** * Experience in industrial software project management, with at least 3 years in PLM projects. * Demonstrable experience in implementation, configuration, and customization of **Siemens Teamcenter.** * Advanced knowledge of **PLM integration with enterprise systems**, such as ERP and CAD. * Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams. * Leadership skills, effective communication, and problem-solving abilities in demanding environments. * **Knowledge of Teamcenter technical architectures** and practical improvements in PLM projects. * Experience in both technical and functional roles within PLM projects will be valued. * Official certifications in Siemens Teamcenter and/or project management (PMI, Agile, PRINCE2 or similar) will be considered advantageous. ##### **Your responsibilities will include:** * End-to-end direction and management of PLM projects, ensuring correct implementation, optimization, and scalability of Siemens Teamcenter. * Configuration and customization of Teamcenter according to each client’s specific needs. * Implementation of advanced technical solutions to enhance system efficiency and functionality. * Integration of Teamcenter with enterprise systems (ERP, CAD, etc.), ensuring interoperability and technological cohesion. * Coordination and leadership of technical and multidisciplinary teams to achieve each project’s objectives. * Specialized support for incidents, guaranteeing system operational continuity. * Training of users and internal teams on Siemens Teamcenter usage and best practices. * Collaboration in pre-sales activities, demonstrating solution value to clients and providing technical insight during commercial processes. ##### **Additional Information:** * **Remote/Hybrid work mode in Córdoba (Spain) or another office location.** * Even if your profile is not 100% aligned, Deuser will provide specific training to equip you with any missing knowledge. * **Preferred qualification:** Degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field; or equivalent professional experience. * **Languages:** English and Spanish; Portuguese and Italian are highly desirable.
