**Quality Manager**
**THE CLIENT**
A leading company in the agro-food sector, with a solid industrial track record and a strong commitment to quality, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. The organization is currently experiencing growth and evolution, focusing on process optimization and team development.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
We are seeking a Quality Manager to assume a key role in managing and improving the plant’s quality standards.
Key responsibilities include:
* Coordinating the daily activities of the Quality team, providing technical and operational support as needed.
* Analyzing performance indicators and historical data to identify improvement opportunities, implement preventive actions, and optimize existing processes.
* Participating in defining, monitoring, and evolving departmental KPIs.
* Developing and maintaining up-to-date HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) systems.
* Leading the validation of new processes, products, facilities, or production modifications.
* Driving and coordinating multidisciplinary working groups focused on incident prevention and continuous process improvement.
* Designing and delivering internal training related to quality, food safety, and good practices.
* Managing incidents and complaints from customers and suppliers, ensuring effective and improvement-oriented resolution.
* Conducting root cause analysis of internal non-conformities and external complaints, defining and implementing corrective actions.
* Actively collaborating in industrial trials and process improvement projects.

**WHAT WE SEEK**
* Minimum of 4 years’ experience in similar roles within industrial environments.
* University degree in Chemistry, Agricultural Engineering, Food Science and Technology, or related disciplines.
* Experience in team management and coordination.
* Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing methodologies is desirable.
* B2 level English proficiency is desirable.
* Residence within approximately a 30-minute radius between Atzeneta d’Albaida and Xàtiva, or willingness to commute daily to the workplace.
* Availability for on-site work.
