**Main Responsibilities** * Provide information on new versions and updates (BIOS, FW, BMC) * Supervise installations, updates, and new software versions as needed * Conduct thorough analysis of planned and preventive interventions * Create, update, and deliver documentation to the customer * Identify configuration issues * Coordinate resolution of hardware and/or software product failures * Expedite escalation processes during crisis situations * Coordinate and supervise escalated support cases * Monitor progress, quality, and volume of work performed * Identify difficulties or problems arising during work execution and determine the optimal solution * Handle service requests and complaints, and issue corresponding orders for resolution * Review spare parts stock availability at the customer site **Requirements** Education and experience: * Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field, or equivalent experience. * Proven experience with servers, SAN/NAS storage systems, and network environments. * Intermediate level English (written and spoken). **Desirable / Valuable:** * Experience with Linux (RHEL, Open Source). * Basic knowledge of virtualization * Familiarity with monitoring and ticketing tools. **Personal Competencies** * Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in teams. * Strong communication skills and customer orientation. * Capacity for continuous learning and technological adaptation. * Problem-solving, escalation management, and technical decision-making. **What We Offer** * Continuous training in new technologies within the field (HPC – AI) * A specialized technical environment with development opportunities. * Job stability and involvement in projects with major clients.
