




**Main Responsibilities** * Provide second-level technical support to field technicians, customers, pre-sales teams, and partners. * Diagnose and resolve incidents related to servers and storage arrays. * Address hardware failures on Oracle equipment and substitute colleagues in Solaris administration tasks. * Participate in implementations and deployment projects for new infrastructures, according to expertise. * Manage tickets, maintain technical documentation, and communicate with manufacturers or vendors. * Participate in on-call technical shifts (compensated). * Occasional on-site assistance (visits for incident resolution and monthly office meetings). **Requirements** Education and experience: * Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field, or equivalent professional experience. * Demonstrable experience with servers (x86, Oracle, etc.) and SAN/NAS storage systems. * Knowledge or experience with Oracle Hardware (SPARC, x86) and Solaris operating systems (basic or advanced administration). * Intermediate English proficiency (written and spoken). **Desirable / Valuable:** * Experience with Linux (RHEL, Debian, Ubuntu). * Basic knowledge of virtualization (VMware, KVM, etc.). * Familiarity with monitoring and ticketing tools. * Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel occasionally. **Personal Competencies** * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in teams. * Strong communication skills and customer orientation. * Capacity for continuous learning and technological adaptation. * Problem-solving ability and technical decision-making skills. **What We Offer** * Continuous training in cutting-edge technologies within the field (HPC – AI – Quantum Computing). * A specialized technical environment with opportunities for professional development. * Job stability and involvement in projects with major clients.
