As a Research \& Development Trainee, you will support the development, optimization, and validation of new medical devices and materials for the Wound Care business division. **Responsibilities** * Coordinate product launch activities: * Coordination and management of tests with suppliers, product documentation, and * Coordination and support for production tests, analyzing and reporting obtained results. * Support planning and management with Production and R\&D Project Managers for initial launches. * Manage materials used in tests with warehouse and suppliers. * Review and implement testing methods: * Identification of optimal parameters and operating windows for materials and products * Implementation and validation of methods * Training and scaling of methods to laboratory and production * Coordination with the Quality department for method management and registration in the internal system * Characterize and investigate materials: * Supplier identification and development of new materials * Characterization of new materials and laboratory support * Management of safety documentation and collection of technical information to build a database containing the most relevant project parameters * Purchase and management of laboratory materials * Comparative analysis of materials to support decision-making **Requirements:** * We seek a proactive, organized individual passionate about working in R\&D within an international and multicultural environment. * You must be pursuing a degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or Bachelor’s degrees in Chemistry, Biology, Biomedicine, or Health Sciences. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools is required. * You will collaborate with international suppliers and Hartmann Group subsidiaries, so a high level of English is preferred.
