We are currently seeking a **QUALITY TECHNICIAN** for our **QHSE** department who wishes to join our team at our offices in **Cartagena**. Are you in? **What would your responsibilities be?:** **Integrated Management System (IMS) Management** * Implement, maintain, and update the department’s Integrated Management System. * Ensure coherence and integration of the various management systems within a single documentary and operational framework. * Draft, review, and control IMS documentation (manuals, procedures, instructions, and records). * Guarantee compliance with applicable regulatory, legal, and contractual requirements. **Service Quality Control** * Define and monitor quality and service performance indicators. * Supervise adherence to deadlines, service levels, and contractual commitments. * Manage non-conformities, incidents, corrective actions, and preventive actions. * Prepare periodic quality reports and IMS monitoring reports. **Audits and Follow-up** * Plan and coordinate internal IMS audits. * Act as liaison during external audits and with certification bodies. * Follow up on findings, deviations, and action plans. **Continuous Improvement** * Analyze departmental processes from an integrated perspective. * Propose and implement continuous improvement actions based on the PDCA cycle. * Assess risks and opportunities associated with the IMS. **Support and Coordination** * Advise technical teams on quality and integrated management systems. * Participate in developing specific quality plans per contract or service. * Collaborate in preparing technical proposals and tender documentation related to the IMS. **Customer Qualification and Commercial Support** * Administrative management of customer qualification and updating corporate documentation on customer platforms. * Maintain company information on tendering, qualification, and proposal management platforms. * Provide documentary support to the commercial area for proposal submissions, ensuring compliance with customers’ QHSE requirements. REQUIREMENTS **What do we expect from you?** * University or technical degree in Engineering, Quality, Industrial Organization, or related field. * Specific training in Integrated Management Systems. * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in similar roles. * Experience in contractual or service-delivery environments. * Participation in internal and external audits. * Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and/or ISO 45001 standards. * Advanced proficiency in office tools (especially Excel). * Monitoring and control tools (Power BI, Jira, or equivalent). Desirable: * Certification as Internal Auditor for ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001. * Experience preparing documentation for technical proposals and public tenders. * Familiarity with the sector or type of service covered by the contract. * Intermediate-to-advanced level of technical English.
