The selected candidate will serve as the Quality Manager responsible for the integration and qualification of batteries for space platform applications. **Your Contribution** You will join a newly established company operating in the highly dynamic space sector, affiliated with a cutting-edge research center oriented toward sustainability and the circular economy—having already brought electrification to our roads and now working toward a fully sustainable future. You will work on development, integration, and qualification projects for satellite platform batteries. The Quality Manager, in collaboration with the project manager and the production technical team, will be responsible for ensuring compliance with ISO EN9100 quality requirements for delivery of space batteries to customers. Main Responsibilities * Quality Management System Ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations, including ISO 9100\. Manage internal and external audits. Experience in sectors with high reliability or regulatory requirements. **Languages:** Proficiency in English, both spoken and written. **Knowledge:** The candidate must demonstrate solid expertise in: * Quality management systems and auditing. * Knowledge of tools such as FMEA/AMFE/8D/SPC. **Notes:** A highly **motivated individual with strong interest in research and innovation** will join a **multidisciplinary team**. The candidate must be capable of organizing work effectively to meet established deadlines and objectives. International experience and over two years of professional experience will be considered advantageous.
