Job Responsibilities * Define, implement, and oversee the plant’s quality strategy, ensuring compliance with internal standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations. * Lead the quality team by acting in accordance with company values, setting a clear vision and providing direction to achieve it. * Make decisions by evaluating different options and considering their short\- and long\-term impact on the team and the organization. * Motivate, inspire, and develop team members, fostering engagement, talent development, professional growth, and a respectful, diverse, and collaborative work environment. * Communicate clearly and effectively the team’s objectives, expectations, and priorities, promoting open and honest communication. * Address and resolve conflicts constructively within the team and with other departments. * Ensure that all products are manufactured in compliance with customer quality standards, industry regulations, and legal requirements. * Manage quality complaints and issues by identifying root causes, implementing corrective and preventive actions, and preventing recurrence. * Actively participate in quality management throughout product and process design and development phases until approval and serial production release. * Collaborate with other departments to ensure quality standards are met at all stages of production and to drive continuous improvement. * Provide quality\-related support to suppliers and/or customers as required. * Ensure compliance with the Quality Management System in accordance with internal guidelines, applicable agreements, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and relevant governmental regulations. * Ensure the proper execution of product and process audits in accordance with standard and customer requirements. * Evaluate, develop, and implement quality control and product reliability techniques and methods. * Design and implement systems for quality data collection, analysis, and maintenance. * Develop, maintain, and ensure effective communication of quality system documentation (procedures, instructions, and records) throughout the plant. * Provide ongoing quality\-related training to company personnel, fostering a strong quality culture across the organization. * Comply with all Occupational Health and Safety obligations in accordance with the plant’s Prevention Plan. * Promote and act in alignment with company values, integrating them into daily activities and demonstrating exemplary behavior. * Comply with company information protection and confidentiality policies. * Perform any other duties assigned by management within the framework of labor regulations. Job Requirements Required Education * Bachelor’s Degree in Quality Engineering, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience. Preferred Qualifications and Knowledge * Knowledge of Quality Management Systems. * Quality standards ISO 9001 and IATF 16949\. * Customer\-specific requirements. * Internal auditor training (VDA 6\.3, Selbst Audit, CQI, LPA, or similar). * Core Tools training (APQP, PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC, 8D). * Knowledge of metrology and GD\&T. * Experience with Mapex planning tools. * Understanding of manufacturing processes, machinery, tools, and product design. * Leadership and team management training. * Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and decision\-making capability.
