You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to foster a culture of prevention, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. **Why Join Us?** * Grow in a multinational environment where professional development and continuous improvement are top priorities. * Be part of an inclusive, results- and customer-satisfaction-oriented team. * Contribute to challenging projects where your impact will be critical to operational and strategic success. **Main Responsibilities** * Lead and ensure local quality priorities aligned with the global area strategy and Service Center objectives. * Increase customer satisfaction through proactive support in managing complaints and incidents. * Manage and monitor key quality indicators. * Ensure data integrity through appropriate IT systems. * Complete root cause analysis (8D) for quality events or deviations within 90 days. * Conduct Root Cause Investigations (RCI) for quality concerns and trend monitoring. * Drive systemic corrective/preventive actions (CA/PA). * Promote and implement continuous improvement initiatives. * Participate in *Quality Read Across* activities to share learnings with other units. * Supervise implementation and compliance of the Quality Management System (QMS). * Prepare, update, and control internal quality documentation. * Define the audit plan and lead its execution. * Manage and track identified findings. * Collaborate with other service centers to share and implement best practices. * Lead the implementation of *Built-in Quality (BiQ)*. * Foster a culture of prevention, continuous improvement, and the right to stop work when risks arise. **Additional Responsibilities** * Participate in customer meetings and witness inspections as required. * Ensure quality throughout qualification and industrialization processes at all stages. * Develop a quality training plan and ensure development of key competencies within the team. * Prepare and review quality reports for customers. **Required Profile** * University degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience. * Proficiency in Spanish and English (spoken and written). * Experience with preventive quality tools and quality management systems (ISO 9001, FMEA, Control Plan, etc.). * Expertise in root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA). * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Familiarity with Lean methodologies and continuous improvement. * Leadership, communication, influence, and coaching capabilities. * Ability to operate effectively in complex matrix environments. * Strong team orientation.
