Job Summary: We are seeking a quality technician to ensure perfection in the production of items such as suitcases and bags, monitoring injection molding and assembly processes and participating in new projects. Opportunity to train personnel and collaborate in process improvement We are looking for a candidate with solid technical education and attention to detail to join our team in Vilanova del Vallès. The role will focus on monitoring and improving production methods, ensuring that all items leave the facility in perfect condition. You will be instrumental in guaranteeing the highest quality of our products, including plastic and aluminum suitcases, fabric bags, and metal fastening components. Main responsibilities will include quality control on plastic injection and assembly lines. You will also participate in the launch of new projects with manufacturers, helping define initial samples, reviewing materials, and verifying that both processes and final products function correctly. Additionally, you will collaborate in machinery maintenance and in establishing effective quality control practices. This position offers an active working environment where you can apply your expertise. You will be responsible for training personnel on processes, quality standards, and continuous improvement—both locally and at other sites. Your work in preparing technical reports and delivering presentations will be critical for decision-making. Daily use of English will be required to communicate with colleagues and suppliers from other countries. Analytical ability, strong self-management skills, and a constant drive to improve processes will be highly valued. Temporary contract, part-time. Technical or university degree in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Quality Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 2 years’ experience in quality assurance within plastic injection molding and assembly processes. Solid knowledge of quality control systems and deviation analysis. Advanced level of English (spoken and written). Willingness to travel internationally (China, Indonesia, and other future production destinations), with stays of up to 2 weeks.
