Job Summary: Ensure the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of quality systems for product lines within a multinational metal industry company. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer complaint and nonconformance management 2. Participation in the definition of new products and improvements 3. Conducting internal audits and operator training Job Summary Your mission will be to ensure the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of quality systems for assigned product lines. You will join the Quality Department of a multinational metal industry company, reporting to the Quality Manager. Key responsibilities include: * Managing and analyzing customer complaints, performing root cause analysis, defining corrective actions, and involving relevant departments as required per case. * Managing and analyzing internal and supplier nonconformances. * Statistical analysis and monitoring of quality indicators. * Participating in the definition of new products and modifications to existing ones (e.g., customer requirements, control plans, approvals). * Equipment validation and PPAPs (if responsible for automotive or other customers requiring such documentation). * Participating in the maintenance and improvement of the quality system. * Preparing quality certificates for customers. * Conducting internal system, process, and product audits. * Training operators on quality-related topics. * Contributing to continuous improvement. Your Profile We are seeking a candidate with: * At least 3 years of experience in industrial sectors within Quality, Production, or Engineering departments. * Knowledge of quality management systems ISO 9001 and IATF 16949. * Internal auditor certification for ISO 9001 quality management systems. * Familiarity with quality tools and problem-solving methodologies. * Knowledge of metallurgy. * Advanced proficiency in MS Office. * Ability to interpret engineering drawings. * Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related field. * High level of English proficiency
