The position will preferably be based in Barcelona (other locations may be considered depending on the candidate’s profile). This includes coordination with clients (clinical and technical teams) and internal teams (software development, technical support, sales, regulatory, quality, among others) to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in full compliance with all technical, quality, and regulatory standards. Key responsibilities include: * Managing implementation projects of medical technology and software in hospital environments. * Coordinating with clients, internal teams, and suppliers to ensure proper project execution. * Monitoring projects to ensure adherence to timelines, scope, and budget. * Identifying risks and proposing mitigation plans to ensure project continuity. * Preparing progress reports and technical project documentation. A university degree is required, preferably in Biomedical Engineering or Electronic Engineering; willingness to travel; a good level of English (B2); and additional training in project management is highly valued. CAPM and/or PMP (PMI) certification or experience managing medical technology or software implementation projects in hospital settings is also highly desirable, as is familiarity with PMIS tools (MS Project, Easy Project, Jira, Trello, etc.).
