We are currently looking for a: **PROJECT MANAGER** **Objective:** Professional management of projects throughout their entire lifecycle, with a focus on the execution phase. **Location: Sant Cugat, Barcelona** **Roles \+ Responsibilities** **Project Management** * Preparation and presentation of project proposals. * Create, execute, and review project work plans as necessary to meet changing needs and requirements. * Facilitate and support project SAT and FAT when required. * Ensure VDDR targets are achieved on time according to the agreed project VDDR. * Identify internal and external resources required for project execution and assign individual responsibilities. * Manage day-to-day operational aspects and scope of the project. * Review deliverables prepared during offer preparation before submitting them to the customer. * Effectively apply E \+ H methodology and ensure compliance with standard 201\. * Minimize Endress\+Hauser's exposure and risk within the project. * Ensure project documents are complete, up-to-date, and properly stored using the standard project folder format. **Project Accounting** * Track and report project hours and expenses. * Manage project budget. * Determine appropriate revenue recognition, ensure timely and accurate invoicing, and monitor project accounts receivable. * Follow up with customers, if necessary and when needed, regarding unpaid invoices. * Monitor project profitability, revenues, and margins together with Product Management and Sales. **Project Financial Management** * Understand E \+ H pricing models and billing procedures. * Ensure bank guarantees are in place for projects when required. * Accurately estimate project revenues, profitability, and margins. * Ensure all legal project documents are complete and signed. * Ensure credit checks are performed when necessary. **Profile \+ Characteristics** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and knowledge of Project Management o 1 to 3 years of experience in metrology or industrial maintenance (instrumentation, control systems, skid sizing,…). o Knowledge of SAP o Leadership skills o Negotiation abilities o Ability to work under pressure with fixed deadlines o Analytical and problem-solving capabilities o Customer-oriented with a focus on mutual benefit and empathy o Strong listening skills and ability to ensure effective communication, including written. o Proactive and solution-oriented attitude. Autonomy and decision-making capability. o Self-management and experience in resource management, cost control, and Project Management.
