PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or Agile certification is a plus. **Languages** Intermediate to advanced level of English. **Technical knowledge** Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Planner, Trello). Solid functional understanding of technical architectures: Microsoft environments (Windows Server, SQL Server) Linux environments (Red Hat/Debian) Experience integrating with SAP and databases. Networking and communications knowledge (LAN/WAN). Familiarity with hardening processes, security, and test plan definition. **Experience** Minimum of 4 years managing technology projects, multidisciplinary teams, and external vendors. **Key skills** Remote team management.
