We seek a Data & AI Project Lead/Manager with a hands-on profile, capable of leading demanding, well-defined technical projects from planning through to final delivery. This is not a PMO role: we seek someone comfortable diving into the details and working closely with technical data teams. The ideal candidate: * Proven experience leading technical projects in Data, Analytics, or Artificial Intelligence, including end-to-end delivery management. * Senior-level expertise and rigor in decision-making, ensuring timelines, quality, and scope. * Experience collaborating with small, specialized teams (data engineers, data scientists, analysts). * Ability to understand and coordinate data architectures and technologies, acting as a bridge between business and technology. * Deep expertise in any single technology is not required; however, a genuine understanding of the Data & AI project lifecycle—including associated risks and dependencies—is essential. * Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining organization, focus, and clear communication. #babel What do we offer?
