Your mission will be to provide operational support to the Site Manager in the daily execution and control of production, ensuring compliance with planning, quality standards, safety requirements, and established deadlines. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Support planning and monitoring of construction execution, supervising daily work activities. * Monitor production progress and identify deviations in schedules or productivity. * Coordinate subcontractors and trades on site under the supervision of the Site Manager. * Track material orders and supply requirements. * Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety and environmental regulations on site. * Collaborate in resolving daily technical and organizational issues. * Support preparation of measurements, certifications, and cost control. JOB REQUIREMENTS * Degree in Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field. Candidates with less formal education but extensive on-site experience will also be considered. * Minimum of 3 years’ experience on construction sites, preferably as a Production Manager, Foreman, or similar role. * Knowledge of construction planning, production control, and trade coordination. * Training in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) will be valued. * Proficiency in computer tools and technical construction software. * Organized, proactive, and team-oriented profile.
