The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing construction processes, ensuring efficient resource utilization, and contributing to the successful delivery of projects. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop, implement, and monitor production plans and schedules for various construction projects. * Analyze project requirements and specifications to determine optimal construction methodologies and resource allocation. * Identify and resolve production bottlenecks and inefficiencies to improve project timelines and cost\-effectiveness. * Collaborate with project managers, site supervisors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination of production activities. * Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production, such as output, quality, and safety, and prepare regular reports. * Implement and enforce quality control procedures to ensure adherence to project standards and regulatory requirements. * Propose and implement innovative solutions to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve overall operational efficiency. * Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize potential disruptions to production. * Participate in the selection and evaluation of construction equipment, materials, and technologies. * Provide technical support and guidance to site personnel regarding production processes and best practices. **Qualifications** : * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. * Proven experience (X years, specify as appropriate) in production engineering within the construction industry, preferably with large\-scale infrastructure projects. * Strong understanding of construction methodologies, project management principles, and lean construction techniques. * Proficiency in project planning and scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project). * Excellent analytical and problem\-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. * Ability to work effectively in a fast\-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. * Knowledge of health and safety regulations and quality assurance standards in construction. * Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken). * Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various project sites as required. **Seize the challenge.
