You will have the opportunity to join highly innovative companies and work on cutting-edge projects in fields such as R&D, automotive, pharma, machinery design, product development, etc. We are currently seeking a Production and Quality Manager to expand the team of one of our clients located in the province of Lleida. **Responsibilities** The selected candidate will be responsible for: * Ensuring compliance and maintenance of the UNE-EN 1090 standard across all production processes. * Supervising and optimizing production control, guaranteeing adherence to deadlines and operational efficiency. * Implementing and maintaining rigorous controls over manufactured products and their release from the workshop, ensuring quality and compliance with specifications. * Developing and managing workshop personnel scheduling and planning, optimizing task and resource allocation. * Efficiently managing production drawings, ensuring technical documentation is up to date and accessible to the team. * Leading comprehensive management of both human and material resources to ensure smooth production operations. * Efficiently negotiating supply prices for consumables, seeking optimal conditions and ensuring material availability. * Promoting a culture of continuous improvement across all aspects of production and quality. * Collaborating closely with other departments (design, engineering, commercial) to align production goals with business needs. * Identifying and proposing solutions to production issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions. * Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations within the workshop environment. * Preparing periodic reports on production performance, product quality, and resource management. REQUIREMENTS * University degree or higher vocational training in Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering, Production, or related fields. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in production and/or quality roles. * Experience in the construction and metal structures sector. * Demonstrable knowledge and experience in maintaining the UNE-EN 1090 standard. * General knowledge of metal structures. * Proficiency and experience with structural drawing and modeling software. * Proactivity, leadership, and strong decision-making skills. * Results-oriented with a commitment to continuous improvement.
