We are currently strengthening our team and seeking an experienced **Product Owner** with background in the **banking sector** to join our Madrid team. **Responsibilities:** * Define and prioritize the product roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders. * Gather and analyze user and market requirements to develop clear and detailed user stories. * Work closely with the development team to ensure delivery of high-quality products. * Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams to ensure alignment and shared understanding of product objectives. * Conduct acceptance testing and ensure solutions meet established standards. **Requirements:** * University degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field. * Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within the banking sector. * Wealth Management / Asset Management skills. * Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and product management tools (loans - payments - onboarding). * Familiarity with APIs / ETL / Confluence / Jira. * Strong communication skills and ability to influence across different organizational levels. * Results-oriented mindset and analytical skills to make data-driven decisions. * High level of English (B2-C1).
