We seek an analytical-minded individual capable of leading cross-functional projects and motivated to enhance efficiency, digitalization, and productivity of manufacturing processes within the agri-food sector. Responsibilities: Analyze production processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities. Design and implement optimization projects aimed at reducing operational costs, increasing output, and improving productivity. Conduct energy audits and propose actions to reduce energy consumption and emissions. Monitor key process and energy efficiency indicators, integrating analytical tools and control systems. Collaborate with maintenance, production, and quality teams to improve facility reliability and ensure continuous improvement. Research new energy efficiency technologies applicable to the agri-food sector. Prepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation for management. Coordinate with suppliers, engineering firms, and internal teams on the execution of improvement projects and technical investments. **Requirements:** --------------- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Energy Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field. Prior experience in process improvement, energy efficiency, or industrial environments. Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or similar. Strong analytical ability, results orientation, and project management skills.
