Resolve technical issues and supervise safety The Prefabricated Systems Assembly Manager position in Málaga involves comprehensive supervision and coordination of concrete prefabricated facade system assembly operations across building construction projects. The incumbent will lead on-site execution, ensuring adherence to technical, quality, and safety standards through meticulous planning and continuous oversight. Core responsibilities include direct organization of assembly teams, coordination with the site manager to align project progress, quality control of materials and workmanship, and resolution of technical issues arising during installation. Strict compliance with workplace safety protocols is also supervised. Another key responsibility is logistics management and technical coordination: coordinating delivery and availability of all required materials and equipment. The role serves as the primary technical liaison with the contractor and other stakeholders, requiring clear communication. National travel may be required depending on individual project needs. A degree in Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, or a related field is required. Additional training in construction planning and project management is valued. Solid knowledge of current construction regulations and standards is essential. A minimum of 3 years of on-site experience is required, in roles such as Production Manager or Site Manager, with demonstrated experience coordinating teams directly on construction sites. Strong communication and negotiation skills are required. Regarding technical knowledge, proficiency in tools such as Excel and AutoCAD is necessary, along with in-depth understanding of building materials and construction solutions.
