We’re looking for someone who not only masters platforms like Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or LinkedIn Ads, but also has experience running campaigns in **programmatic (DV360, The Trade Desk, etc.)**, and understands how AI is transforming the way we segment, automate, and analyze campaigns across all channels. * Requirements: 3 to 5 years of experience managing Paid Media campaigns (Search, Display, Social, Video, Programmatic). * Proven experience working with clients in the **betting, online casinos, or iGaming sectors**. * Experience operating programmatic buying platforms such as DV360, The Trade Desk, Xandr, or other DSPs. * Advanced knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads. * Ability to integrate programmatic campaigns within an omnichannel strategy. * Experience in performance-driven optimization (CPC, CPA, ROAS, VTR, CPM). * Proficiency with analytics and tracking tools (GA4, GTM, pixel implementation, Conversion API, multichannel attribution). * Applied knowledge of AI tools for automation, creative generation, predictive analysis, or audience management (e.g.: ChatGPT, AdCreative.ai, Phrasee, Jasper, etc.). * Strategic thinking \+ analytical mindset \+ creative sensitivity. * Excellent client communication skills: ability to explain data and performance with a clear business focus. * Desirable: knowledge of SEO, CRO, or CRM. Languages: native Spanish and good level of English. * ### **Responsibilities** **Strategy and execution:** * Design, execute, and optimize multichannel Paid Media campaigns: Paid Social, SEM, Programmatic, Video, Display. * Integrate programmatic media (DV360, TTD, etc.) with direct campaigns, ensuring coverage, efficiency, and optimal frequency. * Use AI to enhance performance: bid automation, audience analysis, copy and image creation, insight generation. * Continuous testing: creatives, audiences, placements, formats.
